Orthopedic Shoe Technician (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Independently and professionally advise patients on individualized orthotic insole solutions.

• Provide care according to our treatment concept for sensorimotor insoles and personally guide patients throughout the process.

• Independently assess the individual needs and functional requirements of patients.

• Manufacture customized shoe modifications as part of orthotic treatment.

• Support patients throughout the entire treatment journey, from the initial consultation and fitting through to follow-up appointments.

• Collaborate closely with orthotics specialists, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.

Profile

• Completed training as an Orthopedic Shoe Technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.

• Ideally, experience in individualized patient consultation and orthopedic shoe technology services.

• Enjoy direct interaction with people and engage with patients in an empathetic, attentive, and respectful manner.

• Able to work independently, in a structured and responsible way, with a strong commitment to quality.

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.

• Open to professional growth and motivated to continuously expand your expertise.
